Description:
The AquaSolar™ L Series operates on a Thermosiphon system, a proven and efficient method of water heating. In this system, the absorber collector is positioned below the storage tank, allowing cold water to naturally flow into the collector, where it is heated by the sun’s energy.
As sunlight warms the solar panel, the water inside the collector becomes hot, less dense, and naturally rises into the storage tank. At the same time, cooler water from the tank flows down into the collector to be reheated. This continuous natural circulation ensures the tank water gradually reaches the desired temperature without the need for pumps or additional energy.
Once the temperature in the collector drops below that of the tank (such as after sunset), the circulation automatically stops, preserving the stored hot water for use.
